Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Defective item
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

• You must raise a request within 24–48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• An unboxing video or clear images must be provided as proof

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind
• Used or worn products
• Minor variations in design or color
• Customized or personalized items

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged/defective cases
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Exchange

• Exchange is only available for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability
